    The NHCC celebrates the annual Mexican Independence Day attracting 7,000 people from different backgrounds, businesses and organizations that want to reach the Hispanic/Latino community. In 2008, it will take place on September 13th & 14th at the Plaza De La Raza. Booths and different levels of sponsorship are available!!!!

    The organization Reina de la Fiestas Patrias Mexicanas, in its second year, is hosting a Leadership training followed by a Graduation Ceremony.     The NHCC joins the Hispanic Heritage Month with a traditional and cultural Parade. More than 3,000 people visit South Omaha for these festivities. Companies and organizations advertise their businesses with colorful floats, representing their activities and sending a message to our community. September 14th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
